Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need sales experience?
No — you'll be trained by seasoned salesmen still in the field themselves. Some of the best people on this team had no idea they even had it in them until they started.
Is this commission-only?
Yes — which is what makes the upside uncapped. On top of commission, there's a non-chargebackable bonus stack that rewards a fast start, especially in your first 90 days.
What is Globe Life / AIL?
Globe Life American Income Division provides supplemental life insurance to working families, often through union and association partnerships.
How do chargebacks work?
There's a 4-month window, and our retention team keeps clients on the books after the sale. We focus on writing good business from the start — so chargebacks are rare.
What are vested renewals?
You'll continue to be paid on every policy you write for the rest of the client's life, as long as they keep paying the policy.
What is the Tuesday overview call?
A live call, 5PM PST every Tuesday, where I walk through the company, the commission structure, and the team, no pressure. Usually 45–60 minutes.
How fast can I start earning?
After the overview call, most people are licensed within about two weeks (prelicensing course and exam) — then you start writing business, and the 90-day bonus window kicks in right away.
